Project Description

Master plan design of luxury townhouse development (640,000 sf.) near Lake Malaren Golf Club, one of the prestigious golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus in Shanghai, China. Overall site plan follows the axis among the site specific conditions. Balanced building layouts provide beautiful landscape areas in all residences and maximise natural daylight (southern exposure) within the required building GFA and the local code.
