Once part of the ALPFARM COMPANY, INC. lands in the early 20th century, this Closter site carries the legacy of its agricultural past. What was once a farm neighborhood gradually transformed into a residential community, layered with diverse architectural styles over time. This new home honors the land’s origins—its open fields and fertile soil—while reinterpreting them through a modern, contemporary lens of design and materiality. The tall chimney at the front stands as a sculptural tribute to the site’s pastoral heritage, anchoring a home that bridges history and innovation.
