Bedminster House is a 13,500 SF Georgian Manor–style residence set on 124 acres along the Lamington River. The project reimagines the historic home through a refined contemporary approach, blending timeless architecture with warm modern interiors and understated luxury.

The redesigned spaces emphasize openness, natural light, and elegant proportions through soft neutral palettes, rich wood detailing, layered lighting, natural stone finishes, and curated furnishings. Living areas were elevated with sophisticated millwork and modern fireplaces, while the kitchen and bathrooms were redesigned with custom cabinetry, marble surfaces, spa-like finishes, and sleek contemporary detailing. The surrounding landscape was also refined with clean manicured greenery to enhance the home’s grand architectural presence.
