From Manhattan’s Columbus Circle, the journey to Palisades Park mirrors the one to Park Slope—equal in miles, yet worlds apart in character. Park Slope’s streets tell a story of Brownstone rhythm and architectural harmony; Palisades Park, by contrast, speaks in scattered tones, its duplexes lacking a shared language. Into this setting, our triplex emerges as both homage and innovation—deriving its vision for a bolder, more coherent future directly from the enduring elegance of the Brownstone streetscape. Through modern lines, refined materials, and an urban-fabric–sensitive approach, the design reinterprets a classic New York typology to spark a new chapter for Palisades Park.
